NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, further to the memorandum released on Friday, 23 November 2018, the trading halt on Finzsoft Solutions Limited (“FIN”) ordinary shares will remain in place. The halt was placed at 3:12pm on Thursday 22 November 2018.

The trading halt has been put in place pending the outcome of NZXR’s enquiries of FIN on certain disclosure matters.
