NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that it has placed a trading halt on Finzsoft Solutions Limited (“FIN”) ordinary shares. The halt was placed at 3:12pm on Thursday 22 November 2018.

The trading halt has been put in place pending the outcome of NZXR’s enquiries of FIN on certain disclosure matters.
