Subject: CSM Group Limited (“CSM”) – Late Annual Report

Message:
NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that CSM Group Limited (“CSM”) has not issued its Annual Report to NZX for the period ending 30 June 2018 which, under NZAX Listing Rule 10.5.1 was due to be announced to NZX on or before Wednesday, 31 October 2018.

Pursuant to Footnote 2 of NZAX Listing Rule 5.4.3, if an Issuer has not issued its Annual Report within 5 business days of the due date, trading of that Issuer’s securities will be suspended until the Issuer has issued its Annual Report.

Accordingly, if CSM does not provide its Annual Report by market close on Wednesday, 7 November 2018, NZXR gives notice that trading in CSM’s securities will be suspended, effective from market open on Thursday, 8 November 2018.
