Message:
Further to the announcement made by Pyne Gould Corporation Limited (“PGC”) today, NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that PGC will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.

The final day of trading in PGC will be Friday, 16 November 2018 prior to being suspended at close of business. PGC will be delisted and its ordinary shares will cease to be quoted from close of business on Tuesday 20 November 2018.
