Subject: AFC Group Holdings Limited (“AFC”) - Final Exercise Date
Message:
NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that the final exercise date for the AFC warrants (“AFCWA”) is Sunday, 31 December 2017.
Any AFCWA warrants not exercised by Sunday, 31 December 2017 will lapse and all rights in regards to them will expire.
The final day of trading in AFCWA will be Wednesday, 27 December 2017 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.
AFCWA will cease to be quoted from market open Wednesday, 3 January 2018.
