Message:
On Monday, 4 December 2017, WSP NZ Acquisition Limited (“WSP”) released a compulsory acquisition notice to the outstanding shareholders of Opus International Consultants Limited (“OIC”).
Pursuant to footnote 5 of Main Board Listing Rule 5.4.1, NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that the final day of trading in OIC will be Monday, 11 December 2017 prior to being suspended at close of business. OIC will be delisted and its ordinary shares will cease to be quoted from close of business on Wednesday 10 January 2018.
