NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Bethunes Investments Limited (“BIL”). The trading halt was placed pre-market open.
The trading halt has been put in place pending the results of BIL’s special meeting to be held on Tuesday, 5th December 2017. If the resolutions are passed, BIL will remain in a trading halt until market open on Thursday, 7th December 2017.
