Accredited NXT Advisors

The role of the NXT Advisor is to provide structured, standardised support to companies, before and after listing. NXT companies are required to engage a NXT Advisor for at least 3 years after listing, unless a shorter period is approved by NZX.
Assess whether an applicant is suitable for listing on NXT
Provide assistance to applicants in respect of their listing application
Complete a declaration that the applicant is suitable for listing on NXT and that its key operating milestones meet the NXT standard
Provide ongoing listing support, coaching and mentoring to NXT companies
