NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that Snakk Media Limited (“SNK”) has still not provided to NZX its preliminary announcement which, under the NXT Market Rules, was due to be announced to NZX on or before Friday, 30 November 2018.

The 5 business day period has now expired and quotation of SNK ordinary shares has been suspended, effective this morning, Friday, 7 December 2018.
