Annual Meeting of Shareholders – voting results.
All resolutions proposed at the Oceania Natural Annual Meeting of Shareholders on 18 August 2017 were passed by the required majority of votes. The resolutions were:
Resolution 1: Re-election of Director
That Ross Keeley, who retires in accordance with NXT Rule 6, and being eligible, is re-elected as a director of Oceania Natural.
Passed unanimously by a show of hands.
Resolution 2: Auditor’s Remuneration
That Oceania Natural’s Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s fees and expenses for the current financial year.
Passed unanimously by a show of hands.
The Board has determined that, in its view, the Independent Directors of the Company (in terms of the NXT Listing Rules) are Zhi Jun Shi and Ross Keeley.
