Oceania Natural Limited (NXT: ONL) is pleased to advise that it has today allotted 360,708 fully paid ordinary shares, raising $827,825 of new capital from qualified investors.
As previously announced to the market, ONL entered into unconditional subscription agreements with qualified investors securing new capital at $2.295 per share (Issue Price).
The Issue Price is equal to 85% of the volume weighted average price of ONL’s shares in the 5 trading days immediately prior to the announcement of 12 May 2016 (5 May 2016 to 11 May 2016 (inclusive)).
