Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
Oceania Natural Limited became a substantial product holder on the listing of Oceania Natural Limited on the NXT Market on 31 March 2016.
The trustees of the Zhong Family Trust (Wei Zhong, Lei Ding and Zhong Family Trustee Limited) and Zhongyang Meng, being substantial product holders of Oceania Natural Limited, are each subject to the following trading restrictions in respect of their shareholdings (attached):

The Restricted Security Agreements contains exceptions for transfers:
- to certain specified “affiliates” and new trustees, provided the affiliate or new trustee enters into a similar agreement with Oceania Natural Limited; or
- with the prior written consent of the non-interested Directors (as defined in the Companies Act 1993), Oceania Natural Limited and NZX; or
- in connection with a takeover offer under the Takeovers Code or scheme of arrangement.
